CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

What time can I check in?
Check-in is by 1:00 PM, but you can arrive as early as 9:00 AM. Your room will be ready as soon as it is ready, even before 1:00 PM (depending on cleaning and availability).
How does parking work upon arrival?
Do not park independently: first stop at reception to register and receive instructions. The parking lot is managed directly by the Management.
What time do I have to check out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Can I still use the services after checking out?
Yes, after checking out of your room, you can keep using the hotel's facilities (swimming pool, bar, garden, and restaurant, if available).

Parking after check-out is not guaranteed, unless otherwise agreed.

RATES, RESERVATIONS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow small- and medium-sized pets, for an additional fee. However, you must inform us of this when you make your reservation.
What is included in the stay?
It depends on your chosen board basis. The most common are:
All Inclusive (Everything Included): breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the table + drinks at mealtimes + beach service
Half board with beach: breakfast + 1 meal of your choice between lunch and dinner + beach service
Full board or Half board without beach: breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner + drinks included at mealtimes + the hotel's common services but beach service not included
In these options, Pasini Hotels' common services remain included, including:
  • swimming pool,
  • parking,
  • entertainment,
  • bike rental,
  • organized excursions,
  • Traditional Romagna dinner.

B&B accommodation is also available.
This includes overnight stay + breakfast but has specific conditions: we always recommend checking the quote you receive for the services included.
What does the All-Inclusive (Everything Included) include?
The All-Inclusive or Everything Included includes:
  • Sweet and savory buffet breakfast
  • Lunch and dinner served at the table with a choice of menu, buffet appetizers, and desserts
  • Bottled drinks at mealtimes: water, wine, beer, and soft drinks
  • Beach included: 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers from the day of arrival until the day before departure

The B&B option includes:

Can I cancel for free?
Cancellation options depend on the booking conditions, which may vary depending on the period/offer. For cancellations, always refer to your quote.
Our main cancellation policies are:
  • free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • after this date, the deposit will be retained
  • in case of early departure, a maximum of 3 nights may be charged on a B&B basis
Do children stay for free?
The rate for children depends on the period, offer, and age. Some promotions include discounts or free stays (e.g., children up to 2 or 3 years old or second child). If there are any discounts, you will find everything in your personalized quote. To receive it, simply send a request with the age, number of children, and period of stay.
What is Roulette Formula?
The Pasini Hotels Roulette Formula is a more budget-friendly option, perfect for those looking for an affordable stay.

All you have to do is choose your package (e.g., All Inclusive) and book: you will be assigned to one of the following hotels upon arrival: Stacchini, Bella Zurigo, or Foglieri. The quality and services included in your stay remain the same!

This offer is only available during certain periods: ask us for a quote to find out if it is available during the period you are most interested in.
Can I request a quote for a group?
Yes, of course! We're happy to welcome groups of friends, large families, or organized groups.

If our offer does not meet your expectations, please contact us: if possible, we will find a solution that better suits your needs and therefore your budget.
How can I pay?
We require full payment for your vacation before departure.
You can pay in advance or during your stay by:

How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax for our property required by the Municipality of Cesenatico is €2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights (up to a maximum of €14.00 per person). Children under the age of 14 and people with a certified disability of 80% or more are exempt. 

Payment is made at the hotel upon final settlement of the stay.
Can I pay with Scalapay?
Yes, you can pay for your vacation with Scalapay, but you have to request it.
Our standard offers cannot be paid for directly with Scalapay, so we can send you an updated offer for this service.

How do I get to Pasini Hotels by car, train, or plane?
You can reach Pasini Hotels:

By car: take the A14 highway, exit at Valle del Rubicone (then Gatteo Mare, about 10 min). Alternatively, take the Cesena or Rimini Nord exit and then follow the signs for Gatteo Mare / Cesenatico.

By train: get off at Gatteo a Mare station, we are just a few minutes' walk away (about 600 meters). You can also get off at Cesenatico station, which is about 5 km from our hotels and is connected by local trains and buses.

By plane: Bologna airport is about an hour from Pasini Hotels (about 90 km), while Rimini airport is only 15 km away.
Can I book a transfer?
Yes, we provide a transfer service to and from airports or stations. The service varies depending on the route and number of people, so please ask us for more information at the hotel.

Services and rates

Are drinks also included during the day at the beach or at the bar?
No, drinks are included in the full board or half board options only during main meals (lunch and dinner) in the restaurant.
Drinks included at mealtimes are: still and sparkling water, red and white wine, soft drinks (cola, orange juice, lemonade), and draft beer.
Drinks at the hotel bar or on the beach must be paid for separately as extras.
What are the restaurant's opening hours?
The Pasini Hotels restaurant observes the following opening hours:
Breakfast: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Each Pasini Hotels property has its own dining room.
Is breakfast buffet style?
Yes, breakfast is buffet style, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items. You can also have breakfast outside, using the trays.
How does restaurant service work?
For lunch and dinner, you'll be assigned a table in your hotel's dining room, which will remain the same for the duration of your stay.
Mixed appetizers, fresh salads, hot and cold side dishes, condiments, and bread are served buffet style.
The main dishes chosen the day before from the menu (first courses, second courses, and desserts featuring meat, seafood, and vegetarian options) are served at the table along with drinks included at mealtimes (water, wine, soft drinks, draft beer).
Can I request changes to the children's menu and for food intolerances?
Yes, you can request children's meals, meals for food intolerances, or packed lunches! Just let reception know before filling out the menu.
Do you cook for people with celiac disease?
Yes, we prepare celiac-friendly meals even though we do not have certification. Our kitchen prepares dishes with attention to contamination and, upon request, we can also provide packaged gluten-free products. Please let us know of this requirement when booking to ensure we can take the utmost care in the kitchen.
What is the Romagna Dinner?
Romagna Dinner is one of our themed evenings! Every Thursday, we celebrate the flavors and traditions of our region with:
  • A special buffet with appetizers and local specialties
  • First and second courses featuring meat dishes inspired by Romagna cuisine
  • A traditional dessert and sweet wine to finish, for a perfect ending

All accompanied by classic Romagna melodies, such as the unforgettable notes of Casadei and the famous “Romagna Mia.”

FAMILIES

Do you have entertainment services?
Yes, at Pasini Hotels, entertainment is available from June 6 to September 5, every day except Saturdays. Activities are open to all Pasini Hotels guests but take place at Hotel Stacchini.
These are the times:
After lunch (1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.): creative workshops and games, on the terrace or in the play area
Afternoon (4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.): activities in the pool area with tournaments, mini club, Nutella party, and more, according to the weekly schedule
Evening (8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.): baby dance and group games in the play area
Is there entertainment on the beach?
No, entertainment is not provided on the beach, only at the hotel.
At what ages is entertainment suitable?
Activities are not divided by age group, but are designed to allow natural participation based on the interests and ages of the children. We also have entertainment for adults, with music evenings, tournaments, and bingo.
Is a snack provided for the children?
Snacks for children are not provided every day, but during the week, special snacks (Nutella Party, cotton candy) may be planned according to the entertainment program.
Do you have family rooms or rooms suitable for families?
Yes, we have several types of rooms suitable for families.
Standard family rooms consist of a double bed and a bunk bed.
Hotel Stacchini also features:
  • two connecting rooms
  • family rooms with separate single beds (not bunk beds)

Can I prepare baby food myself?
No, there is no dedicated area for preparing baby food. However, baby meals can be requested and are freshly prepared by our kitchen staff. We offer vegetable purées, blended soups and other simple preparations such as traditional baby pasta. Ready-made baby food jars are not available. Are there any family activities near the hotel?
Yes, there are plenty of family-friendly activities in the surroundings of Pasini Hotels: public playgrounds, pedal car rentals, mini golf, and the seaside cycling path for safe walks are just the beginning.
Every evening, from late May to September, the centre of Gatteo Mare becomes a lively pedestrian area, featuring evening markets, shows, live music, rides, inflatables and entertainment for children.
Within a short distance, you can also reach several theme and water parks, such as Atlantica, Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura and the Cattolica Aquarium.

What are the types of rooms?
Pasini Hotels offers various types of rooms, in line with 3-star hotel standards:
  • Single Rooms (single bed and private bathroom, with balcony, small balcony, or window)
  • Double Rooms for Single Use (double bed and private bathroom, with balcony, small balcony, or window, depending on availability)
  • Double or Twin rooms (double bed or twin beds, to which a crib or small bed for young children can be added)
  • Triple or quadruple rooms (double bed plus third bed or bunk bed)
  • Connecting rooms (two separate spaces, only at Hotel Stacchini)
  • Quadruple rooms with ground-level beds (no bunk beds, available only at Hotel Stacchini)

Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes, there is a refrigerator in the rooms. You can request the minibar service in your room as an extra, at a cost of €5 per day. There is a shared refrigerator in the hall, for guests only: here you can store drinks, medicines, or small personal food items.
Do the rooms have balconies?
Almost all rooms have a balcony. Only some single rooms or double rooms for single use may have a window or a small balcony, but this is always specified in the quote.
What amenities are available in the room?
All rooms have:
  • Free Wi-Fi connection,
  • private bathroom with shower enclosure or walk-in shower
  • desk,

  • safe,
  • independent air conditioning
  • flat-screen TV with foreign channels
  • Balcony (except for some single or double rooms for single use with small balcony or window).
When is the room cleaned?
We tidy the rooms every day between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door if you do not want this service.
When are towels and bed sheets changed?
Towels are only changed if left on the floor or in the sink. Bed sheets are replaced every 3-4 days or upon request.
Do you have rooms for disabled guests?
 
We do not currently have rooms that are fully compliant with disability regulations. However, upon request, we can provide a specially equipped bathroom in the hallway, with:
  • open floor shower
  • lowered sanitary fixtures

This bathroom can be assigned for exclusive use to those who need it, as the bathroom in the room is not wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in your quote request.

SERVICES

Do you have a pool?
Yes, Pasini Hotels has a pool! It's located at the back of Hotel Stacchini, but it's available to all guests.
The pool is between 1 and 1.5 meters deep and is surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a whirlpool area.
There is a lifeguard service and sun loungers cannot be reserved.
The opening hours are:
Morning: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Is beach service included?
Yes, beach service is included but only in packages that include it, such as All Inclusive or Board with Beach. Check your quote to see if it is included in your stay.
Where is the beach located?
We provide beach services at partner beach clubs in the surrounding area. You cannot choose your beach or umbrella row in advance, but you can contact the beach club you have been assigned to for information about your spot or to request a front row (subject to availability and at an additional cost, to be paid directly to the lifeguard).
Does the beach allow dogs?
Yes, some of our partner beaches accept dogs, but not all of them. Please let us know in advance when requesting your quote.
The beaches welcome small and medium-sized dogs, which must be kept on a leash and stay under the beach umbrella. At some beach clubs, it is also possible to request dedicated dog areas with fenced and equipped spaces.
A spot at one of these beach clubs can be reserved for an additional €5 per day. In this case, we will provide you with the direct contact details of the beach club so that you can arrange the service directly with the beach staff.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking is included in your stay, unless otherwise specified in your quote.
Can I reserve parking before my arrival?
No, parking cannot be reserved: parking spaces are allocated directly by management based on availability.
Where is the parking lot?
Cars can be parked:
  • at the hotel (uncovered spaces)
  • in a private fenced area about 70 meters from the hotel

We recommend that you bring a car cover to protect your vehicle from tree sap or dust in the parking lot.
Are there any play areas?
Yes, Pasini Hotels has several indoor and outdoor play areas designed for children:
  • a large area in the garden between Hotel Stacchini and Hotel Bella Zurigo, with outdoor games, a ping pong table, and a small theater, where evening entertainment for children takes place
  • an indoor room at Hotel Stacchini, where children can play indoors.

All guests can use the play areas: children must always be supervised by an adult.
Do you provide beach towels?
No, we do not currently provide beach towels as a service, so we recommend that you bring your own from home for use at the beach or pool.
Do you organize music nights?
Yes, music is certainly not lacking in Romagna! In addition to events in the area, we organize musical evenings at the hotel, according to the weekly program.
Are there entertainment activities for adults?
Our entertainment team often organizes activities for adults such as:
  • card tournaments
  • bingo
  • group games

You can also request different activities!
Is there bike, e-bike, or road bike rental?
Yes, the hotel offers complimentary city bikes, ideal for getting around the area. For road bike or e-bike rentals, we partner with Cicli Nanni, located just 100 metres from the hotel. A well-known reference point in the area, they offer modern road bikes and e-bikes, with insurance included. We are happy to assist as an intermediary and organise everything for you, or alternatively provide you with the shop’s direct contact details.
What excursions are included in the package?
During the summer season (June to September), weekly half-day trips are organized, allowing guests to return in time for meals at the hotel. Some excursions are free, while others are subject to a fee.
The excursions vary each year. Here are a few examples:
  • Guided tour of Cesena (FOC)
  • Excursion to Sogliano with a tour of the village and tasting of fossa cheese (free)
  • Free admission to the Maritime Museum in Cesenatico, always included
  • Free visit to San Marino (for a fee, approximately €17)
  • The Cesenatico Fishermen's Tour, an authentic experience that is also suitable for children.

What are the differences between the three Pasini Hotels?
The three hotels belonging to Pasini Hotels are Hotel Stacchini, Hotel Bella Zurigo, and Hotel Foglieri. They're all located in Villamarina di Cesenatico, just a few meters apart, and share several common services: pool, entertainment, bike rental, playground, events, and of course the warm welcome of the Pasini family. The main differences are in size, style, and location. We'll help you choose the one that best suits your preferences!
What is the Hotel Stacchini like?
Hotel Stacchini is the largest and most comprehensive, with a pool, large play area, bar open until 1:00 a.m., renovated restaurant and common areas, as well as many of the rooms. Ideal for families with rooms suitable for larger groups and in a central location convenient for all services.
What is the Hotel Bella Zurich like?
Hotel Bella Zurich is the most vintage-style hotel, with less renovated common areas, but comfortable and functional rooms. Its dining room is very spacious and has an outdoor veranda overlooking the garden. All the main common areas are located on the ground floor, including the bar and reception, with no stairs or steps. The playground is located right next to the hotel.
What is the Hotel Foglieri like?
Hotel Foglieri is the only hotel located across a small, quiet street, but still within a very short distance from the other two. It's the group's smallest hotel. It has been renovated in recent years and features refurbished, modern, and functional interiors, with well-appointed rooms and a cozy atmosphere.
What is Hotel Villa Fernanda?
Hotel Villa Fernanda is the new property managed by the Pasini family since 2026. It is next to Hotel Foglieri, just a stone's throw from the center of Gatteo Mare.
The rooms at Hotel Villa Fernanda are spacious and comfortable, with renovated bathrooms, and are also suitable for families. Only one family room has bunk beds, while all the others have single beds. Connecting rooms are also available. The hotel has two floors and does not have an elevator.
At Hotel Villa Fernanda, we mainly provide B&B accommodation, i.e., bed and breakfast.
The services available to guests, shared with guests of Pasini Hotels, are:

  • bicycles,
  • play areas.

The following are not included in the Hotel Villa Fernanda Bed & Breakfast package:

Can I request lunch or dinner if I stay at Hotel Villa Fernanda?
Extra meals (lunch or dinner) can be added to your stay at Hotel Villa Fernanda subject to availability! Just ask and we will check together. Meals will be served in the restaurants of the other Pasini Hotels.

What activities can I do near Pasini Hotels?
Pasini Hotels are located between Villamarina di Cesenatico and the center of Gatteo Mare, a stone's throw from the sea and in a central yet quiet area. Nearby you will find

Are there any markets near the hotel?
Yes, there are several weekly markets near Pasini Hotels, both in the morning and in the evening, easily accessible on foot. In summer, you can stroll among stalls selling crafts, local products, and clothing.
Here are the main markets nearby:
  • Gatteo Mare: Monday morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Valverde di Cesenatico: Tuesday morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
