Cancellation policies:
  • free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: if you cancel your stay before this date, you will be refunded the amount you paid.
  • within the previous 14 days or in case of a no-show: a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the stay will be withheld
  • for anticipated departures: the total amount of the stay is non-refundable.
2) Pay a deposit and then pay the balance at the hotel in installments
To confirm your reservation, please make a deposit by bank transfer or credit card. The balance of your stay can be paid upon arrival, directly at the hotel, via Scalapay - for stays of at least 3 nights). Split your payment into 3 or 4 installments!
